This is the third time that Baltimore County has partnered with the Baltimore Community Foundation to distribute grants to organizations in the county. In an effort to maintain housing stability and to help the citizens of Baltimore County remain in stable housing, the county has launched a new program.

This program aims to support organizations that respond to the public health emergency of COVID-19 or its economic impacts in Baltimore County. Government and non-profit organizations that serve the citizens of Baltimore County can apply for grants to provide housing stability services (including housing management, housing retention, credit repair, etc.). The county encourages applications from both new organizations and those that have already received grant funding. Before submitting a formal application, interested 501 (c) (non-profit organizations) organizations must submit a pre-proposal eligibility questionnaire to assess their ability to manage federal grants. Those who meet the requirements will be invited to submit a complete application through the BCF Baltimore County Emergency Response Fund website.
