The 3rd Annual Screenwriters Conference, presented by Women in Film & Video, DC, will be held at George Washington University Oct. 17 - 19, 2008. It features exciting workshops and critique opportunities for aspiring screenwriters including author of Six Days of the Condor, James Grady, presenting "How to Write Thrillers."

The conference will also feature screenwriter/producer Ligiah Villalobos of Under the Same Moon as this year's featured screenwriter/presenter. NYU Film School professor Marilyn Horowitz will present "How to Write a Screenplay in 10 Weeks" as well as producers who will be critiquing the first five pages of attendees' screenplays and taking pitches.
