Registration is now open for the 2009 BTO, now sponsored by the Eastern Shore Writers' Association. BTO will be held February 21, 2009 at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, MD. Registration will be $80 for general admission, $55 for high school and college students with valid ID. The registration form can be found here.
